Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign.
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Brief hospital executives using developed models and analyses to inform decisions.
