You will coordinate with attorneys, title companies, and internal teams to ensure all closing conditions are met and documentation is accurate and compliant with state and federal lending regulations. Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial lending and loan documentation.
• 4+ years customer service preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and meet SLAs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience reviewing corporate documents including formation documents and entity agreements.

Responsibilities

• Conducts due diligence on loan parties, collateral, and approval requirements.
• Reviews entity formation and organizational documents to validate parties.
• Analyzes documentation for compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborates with customers, relationship managers, and internal teams.
• Prepares and monitors closing checklists for assigned loans.
