Fulton Bank is seeking an experienced professional to act as the primary resource after credit approval, guiding commercial loans through settlement and ensuring all closing conditions are met.

You will coordinate with attorneys and third parties, prepare loan documents, and verify compliance with policy and regulations. Remote work is possible within the Fulton Bank footprint across multiple states.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in commercial lending functions including loan documentation and collateral standards.
• 4+ years in customer service; preferred.
• Understanding of loan approvals, entity structures, and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on loan parties, collateral, and related documents.
• Review entity formation and documents to validate parties in loan docs.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with customers, relationship managers, credit, and internal teams.
• Prepare closing checklists and monitor SLA adherence.
• Organize settlement items and provide funding instructions.
