• Familiarity with TRID regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and organize legal documents for residential mortgage settlements.
• Maintain relationships with customers, attorneys and title companies to gather documents for loan closures.
• Ensure compliance with conventional and government closing procedures and TRID requirements.
• Lead, train and mentor junior staff and assist with process improvements.
