Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a qualified loan settlement specialist to act as the primary customer resource after credit approval. You will coordinate with attorneys and third parties to settle commercial loans, perform due diligence, and ensure all closing conditions are satisfied.

Responsibilities include preparing loan documents, monitoring SLAs, and assisting lending staff with issues. A strong background in lending documentation and corporate documents is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years knowledge of commercial lending functions or related loans.
• Experience reviewing corporate legal documents and entity formations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple loan closings and SLAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; responsive to clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on loan parties, collateral and docs.
• Review entity formation to ensure proper parties on loan docs.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and reg standards.
• Coordinate with customers, managers, credit, and internal teams.
• Prepare closing checklists and funding instructions; monitor SLAs.
• Organize settlement items and verify loan doc accuracy.
