Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a Mortgage Closing Specialist to prepare, review and organize legal documents for residential mortgage loan settlements, ensuring conditions are satisfied and within investor guidelines.

This remote, full-time role requires 3+ years of mortgage banking/closing experience, strong knowledge of TRID and closing procedures, and the ability to coordinate with customers, attorneys, and title companies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years Residential Mortgage banking and closing required.
• Knowledge of conventional and government mortgage closing procedures and TRID regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and organize legal documents for residential mortgage loan settlements, ensuring conditions are satisfactory and within investor guidelines.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, attorneys and title companies; guide internal teams to collect documentation for second mortgages and other products.
• Maintain knowledge of closing procedures and compliance requirements, including TRID.
• Lead, train and mentor junior staff and assist in process improvements.
