Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation to identify commercial opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings to understand client risks and requirements.
• Design and present comprehensive commercial insurance proposals.
• Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to policy issuance and follow-ups.
• Negotiate terms to close new business and hit targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone, video, and written communication.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Property and Casualty products and market trends.
