COVU is seeking a top-performing Commercial Lines Sales Agent to win national accounts from a fully remote platform built for the future of insurance. You’ll prospect, network, and manage a sales pipeline using modern tools to close business nationwide.

Qualifiers include active P&C license in 5+ states and 5+ years of licensed agent experience with a track record of meeting sales targets. Competitive base plus discretionary bonus and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated success as a licensed agent in commercial lines sales.
• Active P&C license in 5+ states, with emphasis on TX, FL, NY, CA and MA.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding new business sales targets, ideally national.
• Deep understanding of commercial insurance products and underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive new commercial business revenue by prospecting and building a referral network.
• Win national accounts across multiple states using carrier access to quote and place.
• Act as a trusted risk advisor assessing exposures and recommending coverage mix.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow premium.
• Deliver a client experience that drives high retention and referrals.
