Responsibilities

• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements; manage documents.
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes; prepare submissions.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems; monitor tasks.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections; minimize errors.
