Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage a book of business, maintain client relationships, and coordinate day-to-day account activities across Commercial Transportation & Trucking. This role supports IOA - Salt Lake City with a focus on service excellence and renewal success.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, an active P&C license, and a CIC or equivalent designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• CIC or equivalent professional designation preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support new business.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client submissions, negotiate coverages and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms for data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team.
• Deliver service excellence and anticipate client needs.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures and drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate IOA values with integrity and leadership.
