Job summary

You will coordinate daily admin and customer service activities, analyze policies, renewals, billing, and claims, and lead a small team to deliver proactive service and timely solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Renewals, policy management, and ongoing coverage analysis.
• Collaborate with team to monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely service.
