Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of commercial lines account management experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance underwriting and coverages.
• Experience in commercial insurance client service and account management.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing day-to-day support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate expirations with producers to obtain renewal information.
• Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to market, negotiate, and place coverage.
• Assist in marketing new and renewal business by requesting quotations and verifying specifications.
• Provide claims assistance, policy servicing, and ongoing support throughout the client lifecycle.
• Prepare proposals, materials, and renewal strategies to support retention and growth.
