Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to retain accounts and support new business
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities; resolve complex issues
• Renewals: handle expirations, submissions, and proposals
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances
• Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor platforms with data accuracy
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team
• Deliver proactive service and respond quickly to requests
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures
