Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on servicing a portfolio of commercial accounts, quoting renewals, and delivering tailored insurance solutions with white-glove service.

The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements. A P&C license and 1–2 years of relevant experience are required, with 3–8 years preferred. EPIC proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience required; 3-8 years preferred.
• P&C license required.
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar agency management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Quote new and renewal business with carriers and underwriters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
• Provide high-quality service by addressing inquiries and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
