Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a well-established insurance agency. This role emphasizes service-driven, highly organized support across commercial lines, with a focus on renewals and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing and managing commercial lines accounts, with a strong focus on renewals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Active P&C insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of business, with a focus on contractor accounts (approx. 40%).
• Service a book of 100-120 policies, primarily small accounts.
• Oversee renewals, including marketing renewals independently.
• Collaborate with outsourced teams for processing, certificates, and document retrieval.
• Ensure high attention to detail in all aspects of account management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining strong relationships.
