Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support high-revenue clients, focusing on retention and growth within the book of business. The role requires a P&C license and 2–5+ years in insurance account management, with AMS360 experience preferred.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, gather client details, pull quotes, and pitch solutions, while delivering exceptional service in a hybrid work environment after a 90-day onsite training period.

Qualifications

• P&C license required; L&H license preferred or willing to obtain.
• 2–5+ years of account management experience in an insurance agency.
• Strong client communication and ability to manage complex accounts.
• Familiarity with AMS360 software.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for complex servicing tasks, including book rolls, renewals, remarketing, and assisting Account Executives with writing additional coverages.
• Engage with clients to gather details, pull quotes, and collaborate with agents to pitch solutions.
• Focus on retention of the current book and identify growth opportunities through cross-selling and client touch reviews.
• Proactively suggest policy enhancements, increased limits, or remarketing options.
• Work with professional liability and employer practices liability accounts, serving doctors, dentists, and other professionals.
