Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager in Winchester, VA. You will manage a generalist portfolio, service policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries with a focus on exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have a P&C license and commercial lines experience, with proficiency in Applied EPIC. Onsite onboarding with potential hybrid work based on experience is available.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Commercial lines experience preferred (≤5 years).
• Experience with Applied EPIC is preferred.
• Strong organizational and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a generalist portfolio of commercial lines accounts.
• Handle day-to-day account servicing including policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient account management and client satisfaction.
• Use Applied EPIC or other agency software to maintain client records and process transactions.
• Address client concerns with timely coverage and service solutions.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all activities.
