The role requires an active P&C license, the ability to work Pacific Time hours, and a track record in account management or insurance brokerage. Remote/hybrid options are available per policy, with on-site as needed.

Formación

• Active P&C license required.
• Experience in insurance brokerage or client needs preferred.
• Ability to work PT hours and in remote/hybrid settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; assist in renewal process and submissions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely action on delinquencies.
