Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative support and service to the account team. This role requires active P&C licensing and PT hours, with remote work open to several Western states.

Responsibilities include policy administration, renewals, and client research, while maintaining strong service and data accuracy across agency systems. Hybrid onsite may be required at times to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis with accuracy.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals, including client research and submissions.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor reports and take action on delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
