Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and client service activities and resolve complex issues.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals and prepare timely submissions.
• Negotiate coverages and present proposals to clients.
• Track delinquent accounts and coordinate collections.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy across platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues clearly with the team.
• Deliver proactive service and anticipate client needs.
• Stay updated on company policies and drive continuous improvement.
