The ideal candidate features 3+ years in account management (or 5+ years in insurance), an active P&C license (CIC preferred), and strong MS Office skills. This role offers remote work within ETZ/CST zones with potential onsite needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Renewals: manage expirations, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, present proposals.
• Accounts Receivable: monitor delinquent accounts, collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
