Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities; resolve complex issues with accuracy.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, coverage analysis, and renewals.
• Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms with data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team to ensure service excellence.
• Stay updated on company policies and pursue continuous improvement.
• Champion IOA values with integrity and leadership.
