Qualifications

• License: Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an insurance agency environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Obtain underwriting information for new commercial clients from the sales department.
• Complete ACORD applications in AMS360 and all required supplemental applications.
• Prepare quotes using carriers' rating programs and negotiate terms.
• Document every contact in AMS360 and provide ongoing client support.
