Job summary

Donegal Insurance Group is seeking a remote-friendly Service Center Account Manager to oversee accounts with customers and agents, including New Business quoting, direct quoting, and Renewal Underwriting across commercial lines.

The role entails inbound/outbound calls, cross-selling, and serving as the primary liaison with agents while coordinating renewals and policy details within Mountain Time business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an Associate’s Degree with 2+ years in customer service or underwriting.
• Property and Casualty Agent’s License is required.
• 2–4 years of customer service/underwriting experience in commercial lines.
• Knowledge of property/casualty products and underwriting procedures.
• Pursuit of professional designations (CIC, CISR, CLCS) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• New Business applications, quotes, direct quotes, account cross-sell and bookrolls.
• Renewal underwriting, endorsements processing, certificates of insurance.
• Serve as primary contact with agents; manage day-to-day servicing and renewals.
• Handle New Business quoting, direct quoting and Renewal Underwriting.
• Respond to product availability, discounts, billing, policy status and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Deliver prompt service: respond within 24 hours and return calls the same day.
• Provide accurate policy information to policyholders and agents.
