• 4+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Strong client-service mindset and professional communication.
• Familiarity with carriers, underwriters, GAs, and online raters.

Responsabilités

• Support renewal and new business accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
• Quote and market commercial insurance using online raters and underwriters.
• Prepare coverage summaries, proposals, applications, ACORD forms, certificates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and service.
• Maintain accurate account records and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist clients with their commercial insurance needs throughout policy lifecycle.
