Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our service delivery team. You will serve as the main contact and technical expert on a client book, collaborating with onshore/offshore teams to renew policies, bind new leads, and round out accounts to grow revenue.

You will build strong relationships with insureds, train junior staff on customer interactions, and uphold our core values of Commitment to Community, Teamwork, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property and casualty insurance experience in retail or service settings.
• Active resident P&C license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage small books of business for commercial lines clients.
• Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage.
• Evaluate carrier relationships and market placement.
• Provide timely service and consult with customers
• Partner with onshore/offshore teams to complete tasks
• Lead day-to-day customer interactions and advise colleagues
