Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to support retention and new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure no errors or omissions.
• Handle policy administration, billing, renewals, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor expirations, renewals, and client submissions; maintain data accuracy.
