Moody's is seeking a Commercial Lending Solutions Consultant (Remote USA) to design lending solutions for commercial banking clients, lead client workshops, and support bids and implementation planning. The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflow improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing client success.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and English fluency; Spanish or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience
• Fluency in English required; Spanish or French language skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to design lending solutions that support commercial banking objectives and successful customer outcomes
• Establish a clear understanding of customer lending goals, operational challenges, and future business objectives
• Facilitate business requirements and solution design workshops to analyze loan origination and underwriting processes
• Lead and support solution design activities, evaluate alternatives, and present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
• Create and define implementation scope, process flows, project estimates, timelines, and supporting engagement documentation
• Support commercial discussions regarding project scope, technical capabilities, implementation approaches, customer expectations, and contractual requirements
• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and delivery teams to formalize project engagements and ensure successful handoff to implementation
• Develop proposals, statements of work, and responses to requests for proposal, requests for information, and other sales support activities
• Share industry best practices, support product improvement initiatives, and deliver internal and external knowledge-sharing sessions
