Moody's Investors Service is seeking a Lending Advisory and Pre-Sales professional to design lending solutions for commercial banking clients. You will lead workshops, translate requirements into high-level designs, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure successful implementations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, client engagement, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans, with opportunities to influence product strategy and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience
• Fluency in English required; Spanish or French language skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to design lending solutions that support commercial banking objectives and successful customer outcomes
• Establish a clear understanding of customer lending goals, operational challenges, and future business objectives
• Facilitate business requirements and solution design workshops to analyze loan origination and underwriting processes
• Lead and support solution design activities, evaluate alternatives, and present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
• Create and define implementation scope, process flows, project estimates, timelines, and supporting engagement documentation
• Support commercial discussions regarding project scope, technical capabilities, implementation approaches, customer expectations, and contractual requirements
• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and delivery teams to formalize project engagements and ensure successful handoff to implementation
• Develop proposals, statements of work, and responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other sales support activities
• Share industry best practices, support product improvement initiatives, and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions
