Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an analytical and commercially minded Commercial Excellence Manager to strengthen execution across the U.S. Commercial organization from Deer Park, IL, with travel as required.

You will translate business data into actionable insights and build repeatable processes across forecasting, funnel management, and reporting to enable leaders to engage customers and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, analytics, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
• Strong analytical and commercial knowledge with business acumen.
• Hands-on experience prompting generative AI tools and AI agents to automate analysis, reporting, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and PSI: lead cadence, consolidation, visibility for Orders/Revenue/PSI; surface risks and actions.
• Funnel performance: strengthen funnel processes, analytics, and reporting to improve opportunity quality and forecast confidence.
• Commercial reporting and insights: translate data into clear recommendations to accelerate decisions.
• Pricing, quotes, and deal analytics: support quote/deal calculator development, analyze deal economics and margins, participate in pricing/quoting approvals.
• Contract-performance visibility: track commitments, revenue, margin, profitability, compliance, and renewal risks.
