Leica Biosystems Inc. is seeking an analytical, commercially minded Commercial Excellence Manager to strengthen execution across the U.S. Commercial organization.

You will translate business data into actionable insights and build repeatable processes for forecasting, funnel management, and reporting. The role emphasizes developing pricing insights, deal analytics, and performance visibility while enabling commercial leaders to focus on customer engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and commercial knowledge.
• AI proficiency with prompting generative AI tools and using AI agents to automate analysis, reporting, and workflows.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and collaborate across a matrixed organization.

Responsabilités

• Forecasting and PSI: lead operating cadence, consolidation, and visibility for Orders, Revenue, and PSI forecasts.
• Funnel performance: strengthen funnel processes, analytics, and reporting to improve opportunity quality and forecast confidence.
• Commercial reporting and insights: translate data into clear recommendations to accelerate decisions.
• Pricing, quotes, and deal analytics: support quote and deal analytics and pricing approvals.
• Contract-performance visibility: track commitments, revenue and margin and coordinate actions with owners.
