Job summary

Experience with remote work and a flexible schedule, Monday–Friday between 8am–8pm EST, is preferred. Base pay is disclosed, with potential eligibility for bonuses under Comcast plans.

Qualifications

• Handles commercial customer inquiries with accuracy and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing past due commercial accounts to engage customers in negotiating payment arrangements for complex collections
• Complying with national credit and collection policies, alongside Federal, State, and Local regulations
• Utilizing multiple systems and tools to effectively resolve customer account issues
• Clarifying billing cycles, processes, prorates, and accurately communicating relevant fees to customers
• Processing payments securely and establishing policy-compliant payment arrangements
• Executing disconnect procedures for accounts with overdue balances when necessary
• Implementing escalation procedures to achieve prompt resolution of customer issues
• Striving to meet or exceed goals and performance metrics set by the organization
• Maintaining professionalism and composure in a dynamic, high-volume transaction environment
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
