Job summary

PowerOpsHQ, a Foundery venture, is seeking a commercial founder to lead the customer and revenue engine for PowerOps IQ, an AI-enabled remote operations suite monitoring 8 GW of renewable assets. This full-time remote role is based in the United States, with a pathway to significant ownership and a compensation package of 80,000–120,000 USD per year.

The ideal candidate will drive enterprise sales, customer onboarding, and revenue growth while partnering with a remote operations team to scale

Qualifications

• Relationships within the solar, wind or renewable-infrastructure market.
• Experience in enterprise prospecting and consultative sales.
• Understand customer onboarding and customer success.
• Able to sell operating value rather than software features.
• Founder-level responsibility for revenue and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete customer and revenue function.
• Define the wedge and build a qualified pipeline with primary buyers.
• Win the first paying customers through discovery, demos and pilots.
• Oversee onboarding, alignment of scope, delivery and governance.
• Grow revenue across additional sites and portfolios; protect retention.
