Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to act as the operational backbone across finance, recruiting, and investor relations in a fully remote setup. The role emphasizes automation, scalable systems, and collaboration with founders and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in cross-functional operations, strong accounting knowledge, and a hands-on approach to AI-driven process improvements while supporting multi-fund operations.

Qualifications

• C2 / near-native English proficiency required.
• 8+ years of experience in business operations, operations, finance operations, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Experience supporting finance operations and business processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily business operations across multiple teams.
• Manage leadership calendars, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support weekly operational reviews and quarterly business planning.
• Develop and improve operational playbooks, documentation, and reporting.
• Manage vendors, subscriptions, and internal business systems.
• Own recruiting coordination, onboarding, and offboarding; support HR records.
• Manage investor communications and executive meeting logistics.
• Support fund operations, including onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, and reporting.
• Help build AI-powered automations to improve workflows.
