Sanktum Consulting is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to drive new business in the Virginia Beach and Norfolk Market within the Restoration industry. This role features uncapped commission, a base salary, and benefits, with a focus on relationship building in insurance and contractor spaces.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of outside sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to attend 2–4 networking events per month.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience required; restoration industry ideal but not required.
• Must attend networking functions 2–4 evenings a month.
• Moderate-level Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience inputting and tracking sales data into a CRM system ideal.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must enjoy pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop the pipeline of new business through prospecting and market knowledge.
• Develop and maintain key relationships with clients in insurance and contractor spaces.
• Identify targets: Commercial opportunities and potential clients.
• Educate and train clients on services through Lunch & Learns, tradeshows, and classes.
• Execute tactics to support company strategies by identifying sales opportunities in insurance/restoration.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultant to drive profitable revenue growth.
• Participate in Insurance Industry Events monthly and industry associations to generate leads.
• Use CRM to manage new and existing clients and document marketing activities.
