ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Disaster Restoration Commercial Business Developer to grow our commercial accounts in the Hampton Roads area. You will prospect, present, and close opportunities for mitigation and reconstruction services to end-users and property managers.

A successful candidate has proven commercial sales experience, a strong book of business, and the ability to build relationships with decision makers in multi-family, hotels, hospitals, and large facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial business development, marketing, or sales.
• Experience in the disaster restoration industry.
• Strong proven commercial book of business.
• Track record of commercial outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Implement a marketing strategy to identify and target clients needing restoration services.
• Meet or exceed sales quota by applying the full sales cycle, face-to-face meetings, and professional associations.
• Build relationships by educating clients through lunch-and-learns, CE courses, ERP discussions.
• Encourage referrals to increase sales territory revenue.
• Maintain up-to-date, detailed records for all prospects and customers.
• Monitor satisfaction via feedback forms, follow-up calls, and visits.
