SERVPRO of Virginia Beach is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to lead prospecting and relationship-building in the Virginia Beach and Norfolk market. The role offers uncapped commission, a base salary, and benefits, with flexible work-from-home options and a strong emphasis on networking and industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience required, within restoration ideal but not necessary.
• Must be able to attend networking functions 2–4 evenings a month.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop the pipeline of new business through prospecting and a solid understanding of the marketplace.
• Develop and maintain key relationships with clients in the insurance and contractor space.
• Identify targets: Commercial.
• Conduct education and training programs to grow sales with Commercial opportunities (Lunch and Learns, Tradeshows, etc.).
• Execute tactics to support overall company strategies by identifying sales opportunities in the insurance/restoration industry.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultant to drive profitable revenue growth.
• Participate in Insurance Industry Events monthly.
• Engage with Industry Associations to generate leads.
• Utilize CRM software to manage new and existing clients and document marketing activities.
