Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore in Virginia's Hampton Roads area seeks a Commercial Business Developer in the disaster restoration field to drive new business for our full-service mitigation and reconstruction offerings to commercial end-users.

You will leverage relationships with property managers, hospitals, schools and large multi-family accounts; meet sales targets, educate clients on ERPs and CE courses, and help expand our commercial book of business.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial business development, marketing, or sales of restoration services.
• Experience in the disaster restoration industry.
• Strong proven commercial book of business and track record of external sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target clients needing restoration services; implement marketing strategy.
• Meet or exceed sales quota through the full sales cycle and meetings.
• Educate clients through CE courses and ERPs; promote emergency event preparation.
• Foster referrals to expand territory revenue.
• Maintain detailed records for prospects and customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up.
