RTI International is seeking a Commercial Sales & Business Development Specialist to expand opportunities in Water Solutions and related sectors. You will research prospective clients, identify decision-makers, and conduct outreach to grow the pipeline.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Client Delivery, and BD leaders to develop messaging, sales materials, and go-to-market strategies. This role offers remote or hybrid options within the United States and may require travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field with experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience with prospect research, direct outreach, lead generation for commercial/private-sector clients.
• Ability to communicate complex service offerings to prospective customers and manage multiple teams.
• Experience with CRM tools and GTM/sales intelligence platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Research prospective commercial clients and target accounts; identify decision-makers and conduct outreach to generate interest.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in Water Solutions and related sectors; support outreach to generate new business.
• Support lead generation and prospecting activities; build relationships with prospective customers.
• Analyze industry trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities for growth.
• Provide BD support to client management and delivery teams; assist with account plans.
