Responsibilities

• Open, investigate, evaluate, and settle routine non-injury claims.
• Handle auto physical damage and liability investigations and settlements.
• Communicate loss details and coverage to insureds and claimants.
• Coordinate towing, storage, and rentals as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SLA terms.
• Support other claims areas as required.
• Actively participate in team culture and remote collaboration.
