Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant experience, hold an Adjuster license or obtain one within 90 days, and demonstrate empathy, adaptability, and strong time management. Training is paid and remote-ready.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of customer service in a virtual environment.
• 1-2+ years of auto or commercial adjusting/liability experience required.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large inventory of claims from minor to moderate complexity.
• Open claims, gather loss details, investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto and property damage claims for commercial rideshare and GIG economy.
• Explain policy coverage and recommended actions.
• Arrange and pay for repairs, rental, towing, and storage; negotiate settlements.
• Document files, send correspondence, and communicate with involved parties.
• Review claims using a diary system to ensure state compliance and SOPs.
