Job summary

Palm Bay International is seeking a Commercial Analytics Manager to serve as embedded BI support for the division and translate complex data into actionable sales insights.

You will collaborate with Regional VPs, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads to drive performance-to-plan, develop Power BI tools, and provide real-time analytics training for field teams to enhance selling decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5–10 years in BI, sales analytics, and/or category insights; alcohol beverage experience required.
• Proficiency with Power BI and data modeling; ability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience reading Circana/Nielsen and distributor data; translate insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded BI support for the division, collaborating with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads.
• Deliver execution-focused insights to drive performance-to-plan discussions and inform action.
• Lead division opportunity analysis, including account and distribution gap analysis and key account opportunities.
• Develop tools and provide real-time analytics support for field teams to enable data-driven selling.
• Translate large data sets into concise executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
