Are you an experienced Power BI Data Analyst? Do you like to analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain crucial business metrics? Do you like working with business users?

Responsibilities, first 90 days:

• Learn framework and the existing reports to develop new reports
• Customize and adapt the reports to meet each department's specific needs
• Analyze current processes and recommend data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document critical performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics and supply chain processes
• Connect technical teams and business users to deliver effective solutions
• Deliver actionable insights using Power BI, developing and enhancing reports and dashboards
• Write improved queries and manage data models in Microsoft SQL Server to support reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating dynamic and user-friendly dashboards
• Advanced skills in Microsoft SQL Server, including query writing, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Experience working with users to understand reporting requirements and provide training,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate insights and solutions effectively
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or a related role

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry
• Familiarity with tools or programming languages like Python or R
• Some knowledge of AI-driven solutions, like predictive analytics, OCR, natural language processing, or machine learning
