Quest Diagnostics seeks a data analytics professional to measure regional performance, support month-end reporting, and drive insights for the Commercial team using PowerBI and Tableau.

You will analyze accounts, channels and franchise data, develop dashboards, and train the team on Excel, PowerBI and Salesforce, ensuring data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in analytical roles (Commercial, Financial, Sales Ops).
• Experience extracting data from Salesforce.com.
• Advanced Excel: modeling, large datasets, Power Query, complex formulas.
• Developing/publishing BI tools (PowerBI or Tableau) with interactive dashboards.
• Strong financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze regional performance; support month-end reporting.
• Support growth drivers from annual planning and ongoing.
• Drive action with sales team from performance trends and leadership inquiries.
• Analyze accounts, customers, channels, and franchise information; build linkages.
• Assist sales leaders in business plans, market strategy, and customer planning.
• Develop dashboards/reports in PowerBI/Tableau to monitor KPIs.
• Lead training for Analytical tools (Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce) and data-driven practices.
• Respond to regional Commercial team inquiries.
• Coordinate with Financial partners to keep planning and performance aligned.
