Job summary

Palm Bay International is seeking a Commercial Analytics Manager to serve as dedicated embedded BI support for a divisional book of business, delivering insights and leadership recommendations from regional leaders to district managers. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years BI, sales analytics, or category insights experience; alcohol beverage experience preferred.
• Strong Power BI/data modeling knowledge and ability to guide report development.
• Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary BI contact for the assigned division, collaborating with executives and sales leadership.
• Deliver execution-focused insights and surface risks and opportunities to drive performance-to-plan conversations.
• Lead division analytics including account analysis, distribution gaps, and market implications of key programs.
• Develop tools and deliver real-time support so field teams can use data in selling situations.
