Beverage Distribution Center, Inc. is seeking a Business Transformation - Commercial Manager to support marketing and sales commercialization programs.

The role collects, analyzes and distributes commercial execution performance reporting to assist our sales and marketing teams. You will develop and maintain Excel and Power BI tools, provide insights from market data, and coordinate with stakeholders on launches and promotions while advancing our merchandising and distribution strategies in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or marketing within beverage or consumer packaged goods.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze in-market sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Develop and maintain Excel and Power BI tools for performance tracking.
• Support sales and marketing teams with POS materials, product launches and communications.
• Provide pricing, distribution and promotional insights based on market data.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on new product launches and promotional calendars.
