HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to support transportation clients in our Mountain States region. You will manage carrier relationships, prepare quotes and proposals, respond to policy inquiries, and maintain renewal controls with accuracy.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, proactive relationship management, and effective communication across levels in a collaborative office culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of insurance industry experience preferred or professional business experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of transportation accounts and market to carriers.
• Prepare quotes and proposals, respond to policy inquiries by email or phone.
• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders.
• Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy and keep files organized.
