Qualifications

• At least 3 years of insurance/agency experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of insurance business with independence and sound judgment.
• Support Producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
• Document conversations and update HUB systems and client records.
• Travel as required; collaborate with carriers, clients, and internal teams.
