Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Commercial Account Manager for remote US-based work. The role focuses on servicing mid-size commercial clients, processing applications, renewals, and policy changes, while maintaining carrier relationships and providing coverage options.

You will work with Producers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service to clients nationwide, leveraging Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Two or more years experience in mid-size brokerage or carrier.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to travel independently to clients; some air travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Processes applications, policies, endorsements, binders, certificates, audit requests, agency billing, and other items related to servicing clients from all regions.
• Assists clients with policy coverages and related questions; reviews coverages for gaps.
• Works with Producers to assist client with service needs.
• Renewals and retention of assigned accounts; conducts renewal process with Producers.
• Provide client with additional coverage options and maintain carrier relationships.
• Maintain client files in appropriate systems and provide standard office/administrative support.
• Stay informed on industry trends and changes with contracted carriers.
• Other duties as assigned.
