Job summary

GoDaddy Commerce is seeking a Commerce Growth Director to accelerate adoption among higher-value brick-and-mortar businesses and SaaS growth. You’ll own the end-to-end GTM strategy, merchant insights, and cross-functional alignment to drive measurable growth from insight to roadmap input.

You’ll interview merchants, craft first narratives, train sellers, compose campaigns, inspect performance, and turn customer needs into prioritized product initiatives. This is a hands-on growth leadership role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth, go-to-market, product marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM strategy and growth outcomes for the SMB commerce segment.
• Lead messaging, positioning, and vertical stories beyond savings and hardware.
• Equip Sales with narratives, frameworks, and seller-learning programs.
• Develop demand generation with Marketing for campaigns and landing experiences.
• Build an experimentation roadmap across messaging, channels, and offers.
• Shape pricing, transaction models, and recurring revenue strategies.
• Create a connected commerce story integrating in-person payments with online journeys.
